Scope of works
What we built.
This package involves the construction of two blocks of five-storied building construction including the lower basement floor intended to be the Residential Apartments launching by Homelands.
The key activities of main construction works are Foundation excavations, RRM Works, Waterproofing Works.
Construction of RCC bases, columns, and beams, Masonry works, Metal Works, Wood Works, Roofing Works, Finishing work (floor, wall, ceiling), Electrical wiring Works, Other Plumbing and Finishing works.
Original Contract Price : LKR 491,138,056.40 million including VAT Employer : Home Lands Sky Line (Pvt) Ltd.
