AMSK Constructions takes data protection seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

AMSK Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 (registration number PC 15082), with its registered office at 1/29 New Town, Madampe, Sri Lanka. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, AMSK Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. is the data controller of personal data processed via amskconstruction.com and its associated services.
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it to us. This includes: (a) your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message when you submit our Contact form or apply through our Careers form; (b) limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URL, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and analytics purposes; and (c) any documents (e.g. CVs, capability statements) you choose to share with us.
We use your personal data to: respond to your enquiry; consider you for an employment or subcontracting opportunity; comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations; and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Our Contact and Careers forms are submitted via Formspree (https://formspree.io), a third-party form processor that delivers submissions to our team email. Formspree processes the submission data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Our website is hosted on a virtual private server with security infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. — Cloudflare processes connection metadata (IP, user-agent) as a Web Application Firewall and CDN provider.
amskconstruction.com does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g. language preference) and aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you individually. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to read this site.
We retain enquiry data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Career applications are retained for the duration of our recruitment process and, with your consent, for a reasonable period thereafter for future opportunities.
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, to ask us to delete your data (subject to legal exceptions), and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, please email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Some of our third-party processors (Formspree, Cloudflare) are based outside Sri Lanka. When we share your data with them, we rely on their published privacy and security commitments to ensure your data is protected to a standard equivalent to Sri Lankan law.
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or other factors. The most recent version is always published at amskconstruction.com/privacy/, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
