This package of OPEC funded BCRIP (Badulla Chenkaladi Road Improvement Project) is constructed under ‘VVK – AMSK Joint Venture’ concerns on the rehabilitation and improvements of 21 Km section (from Passara to Lunugala) of A5 national highway. The main construction works involve in Clearing and grubbing works, Roadway Excavation, Sub Base Construction, Earthen of Road Shoulders, Dense Graded Aggregate Base Course, Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course, RCC drainage, RCC culverts, 08 numbers of Bridges, Road Marking and Other Incidental Works, key activities.
