As the directress of AMSK and as the beloved spouse of the Managing Director, Mrs. Susanthi is another main force behind the success story of AMSK and she has stood behind the Managing Director during all ups and downs of the company and contributed to the implementation of various processes and procedures.

As a Civil Engineer who passed out from the University of Peradeniya over 20 years ago, Mr. Dissanayake is one of the first professional employees of AMSK holding a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and during the 16 year period of service, the company benefited greatly from his comprehensive technical knowledge, vast experience on infrastructure construction projects and unwavering dedication.

As a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Business Management from Iowa State University of USA and as the beloved elder daughter of the Managing Director and the Directress, Ms. Sameena has joined the directors’ room recently and she has brought a fresh perspective to strategic financial management of construction projects.
